Balm & Davies operates in accordance with its Integrated Management System. This is a computerised combined system incorporating:

  • ISO9001 (Quality)
  • ISO14001 (Environmental)
  • OHSAS18001 (Health & Safety)

These certifications have been awarded by a UKAS accredited assessor. Operating to these internationally recognised standards represents a high benchmark and assurance of capability and consistency which can be easily audited.

A key element of these standards is the requirement for Management Review - ensuring that a process of continuous improvement is embedded within the organisation.

Technical and professional competetence is validated by Balm & Davies' registration with Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, Oftec, CHAS and Constructionline.
